Alexandra Hotel - Eastbourne

the twin room we booked was compact. its location was magnificent and amazing, in good location at the coastline, and in a very nice area. local fast food option pelican fish restaurant was 5 minutes walk away....  

Beautifully designed, airy rooms.

Adequate and satisfactory breakfast to start the day with yoghurt and tea or coffee, as example. Good customer service.

The location is killer, right by the sea. The view from the Superior Twin Room is a real highlight, letting you soak in those fine vistas every morning.

Some things could use a good look. The bathroom lacked an extractor fan. My room heated up quickly, and they don't offer fans or air conditioning to cool it down. The breakfast was a letdown. It was like I was waiting forever for coffee and juice, and the hot food could've used a little more heat. Finally, there was a serious wait for the water to warm up in the shower, which can be a hassle. Weeds and pigeon droppings were also visible on the outside, so the cleanup could be better.

The ocean view was stunning, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The decor is tired and the shower needs improvement, with hot and cold taps reversed, which made it a bit challenging. It was a pleasant experience despite these quirks.

The sea view room was definitely a highlight-amazing views right from the window! The room was clean and had modern facilities. I appreciated that the staff went the extra mile to decorate our space for the birthday celebration too. The shower cubicle was a bit cramped for taller people, which wasn't ideal.

I had the most comfortable and refreshing weekend at alexandra! The staff were really good too help celebrate my friend's birthday. They decorated our room beautifully, provided a cake, flowers, and a lovely card. The twin...  

Request a room change if the shower temperature is reversed. it can make a big difference to your comfort during the stay.

The location was perfect with fine sea views. The room was modern and super comfy, with amenities like a tv, kettle, and free toiletries. I enjoyed the walk-in shower, and the whole vibe was cozy. Plus, the dining offered amazing meals and the staff was really attentive.

We had an amazing group vacation! We visited the Congress Theatre to catch a show and spent a thrilling day at Treasure Island Adventure Park. The staff were super friendly and our rooms were clean and modern. Don't miss the delicious...

Quaint Stay with Fine Views

A good solo stay with amazing sea views! The room was a cozy retreat despite its vintage charm. Enjoyed a morning stroll along the beach before my early commitment. Tip, Don't miss the nearby café for a quick breakfast-perfect energy before a long day!
